My name is Nathan Rivers.
I’m a husband, father of five, ministry leader, entrepreneur, and the founder of God. Goals. Gains.
This brand was born from the belief that faith should not be hidden, strength should not be wasted, and purpose should not be lived halfway. I created God. Goals. Gains. for people who want to live boldly, grow daily, and represent Christ with confidence.
My life has been shaped by transformation. Not the polished kind. The real kind. The kind that requires surrender, discipline, repentance, endurance, and grace. I know what it means to be built by God through pressure, responsibility, leadership, fatherhood, and faith.
I also know that true strength is not just physical.
True strength is spiritual.
It is leading your home well.
It is loving your wife faithfully.
It is showing up for your children.
It is building discipline when nobody is watching.
It is choosing obedience when culture tells you to compromise.
It is standing for truth with grace and conviction.
That is the heart behind this brand.

I’m a wife of 21 years, a mom of five, entrepreneur, Realtor, and co-founder of God. Goals. Gains.
Before any title, I am deeply committed to my family. My marriage is one of God’s greatest gifts to me, and together my husband and I are raising five children while building a life rooted in faith, purpose, and intentionality. Our family isn’t perfect, but it is built on the daily decision to put God first.
For 16 years, I served as a pharmacist, helping people pursue healthier lives. But through my own journey, I realized that the greatest transformation doesn’t begin with the body—it begins with the heart.
I’ve experienced what it means to start over.
To choose discipline over comfort.
